James Jones Treatment Building

Lockerbie

Scope: Full Fabrication, Erection & Cladding

Partner: David Hardie Engineering Ltd

We delivered a comprehensive solution for a new treatment building, fabricating 71 tonnes of steel to BS EN 1090 Execution Class 2 standards. The project included full galvanization, on-site erection, and cladding with both insulated panels and Yorkshire boarding for optimal ventilation, plus installation of all doors.

St Michaels Street Filling Station

Dumfries

Scope: Steel Frame for New Offices & Shop

Partner: David Hardie Engineering Ltd

A challenging refurbishment where we fabricated and erected a new steel frame for offices and a retail space while the petrol station remained fully operational. The structure was clad with specialized insulated and fire-rated panels to meet strict building regulations.

Dumfries Gymnastics Club

Dumfries

Scope: Full Roof Strip & Re-Clad

Partner: R Hollis Contracting Ltd

As the main contractor, we conducted a full roof overhaul. After discovering damaged sheets, leaks, and missing insulation, we replaced the entire roof with AS30/1000 single skin sheets, replenished insulation, and installed new facade cladding to completely rejuvenate the building’s exterior.

PET UK Warehouse

Dumfries

Scope: New Warehouse Fabrication & Erection

Partner: David Hardie Engineering Ltd

In partnership with David Hardie Engineering, we fabricated and erected the steel frame for a major new warehouse. The project involved cladding with Kingspan roof and wall panels, and using Eurobond white wall panels to create a seamless, insulated link between the new and existing buildings.

Kilblane Quarry Building

Dumfries & Galloway

Scope: New Steel Framed Building

Partner: David Hardie Engineering Ltd

We managed the fabrication of galvanized steelwork to BS EN 1090 standards for a new building at Kilblane Quarry. Our on-site team then erected the frame and completed the structure with KS1000/RW insulated cladding and the installation of all necessary fire exit and electric roller shutter doors.

Calderbridge Village Hall

Calderbridge

Scope: Roof Strip & Re-Clad

Partner: W.R Richardson Ltd

In collaboration with W.R Richardson Ltd, our team executed a complete roof refurbishment. We safely removed the old cement fibre cladding and installed a modern, durable system using Steadmans AS30/1000 panels with an anti-condensation backing for a watertight, long-lasting finish.
